My day in a nutshell……
Woke at 6 as usual, made tea and took it back to bed with me. Woke at 8:22! 
Walked Dog before I got too hot. Stripped bed. Remade. Did 4 loads laundry. Went to an impromptu lunch at the Pilot with some MWs. 
Watched Heads of State and some of Live Aid concert. 
James (at LC open air concert) sent a photo of him and Liz with two of my team after taking them some food!
