Another One

Here’s another day lily for your viewing pleasure. This and the Asian lily are the ones the dear deer seem to favor but so far - so far - they’ve not bothered this one. It’s early yet ;) • We watched the Women’s Wimbledon Final and although disappointed with the lackluster performance by the American, she was humble and gracious in her loss. The Polish woman played an impressive game from start to finish, a well earned win and a great champion. It was wonderful to see Billie Jean King and Martina Navratilova in the stands, and we also got to enjoy Chris Everett doing commentary :) • A cloudy quiet day here.
