Dripping

We picked our gooseberry crop this week so have been dividing it up between family, friends and preserving.
This is 4lb of fruit dripping for jelly. Just need to check availability of small (half-pound) jars - I give away but don't get them back.
We had a crumble today and there's plenty for freezer too.
