The Twelfth!

Today it was far too hot to take photographs, so it was just as well that I took this image in the village shortly after midnight, past the witching hour!  Here the people gathered and the young folk playing in the middle of the road were illuminated by the bonfire.  They soon had to retreat a bit due to the heat coming from the fire.

Tomorrow is Sunday and another excessively hot day is forecast, we shall see what happens and what I will find to photograph.
