Satay is my absolutely favourite and had a hankering for that peanut oil, charcoal grilled smokiness that would just not go away!!

While sadly not from a Balinese market, Singapore street vendor or one of the little eating houses in Perth's Northbridge, this little plateful worked out surprisingly well.
