Getting loved

I had lunch with Birgit today where we were able to try and catch each other up on what was happening. We had ordered our lunch from “First Watch” and neither of us got what it was that we ordered. So very frustrating. The food is good and I enjoyed what I had but would have enjoyed it even more if it had been what I ordered!

Today wasn’t quite as hot and muggy as it has been so I decided to sit on the porch with MiniMe when I got home.

Kent took this photo when he got home. She was kneading my arm as she lay there. This Velcro kitty is the cat that just 6 months ago jumped on my lap for the first time and used to only let me pet her while she was being fed in the morning.

We had a quiet evening, although we did pick out our gas fireplace for the new house (“Integrity”)
