Phew its hot!

I did a little experimenting with the reflection pool and my old Pentax.  The Pentax has the advantage over the Canon in that it has a sensor for the remote control on the back of the camera.  Pentax obviously realise there are times when you want to take photos other than ones you are in in front of the camera.

I got no reflections as while I was out there no birds posed with a reflection. So I went inside to escape the heat.  Sure enough the "Blackie" decided it needed to cool off.  It began by just a quick hop into the water a slight splash and out again.  Eventually it decided a full bath was in order.

When I think of the beautiful sleek male Blackbird that follows me round the garden he is unrecognisable like this!
