Alien Species

I had an accidental fight with an insect as I entered the bathroom. I sort of kicked it with my flip flop and he lost a leg. He is about 25mm long. He folds his wings back and has a long, thin, emerald green body. He is not dead, but he seems to be struggling, somewhat. I took him outside and placed him on a Japanese anemone leaf to recover. I let him know that he was going to be famous on Blipfoto.
