St Lucy's Ball

I have friends whose daughter attends St Lucy's, a school for children with disabilities in Wahroonga. Brent and I attended a charity Ball to raise money for the children. This picture shows Edwina who was delighted with the purchase of 'Space Dog', a piece painted by one the children at the school. Sitting next to her is a picture of the team that won the Bledisloe Cup in the year 200o (the last time the Wallabies beat the All Blacks). Given it was the year Alex was born and he's a sports tragic, I bought it for him. I don't know if I would have bought it had I had a little less to drink. I am saving it for Alex's birthday and I know he will love it!
