.................do you remember that song? My handman does all sorts of jobs and is very reasonable. He is very versatile, but is very busy, so you may have to wait some time before he can call.
J had some maintenance  work  to do on our front porch roof, and he wanted to get it done before the sun came around to the front of our bungalow. We are lucky that we get the sun on our bungalow all day, one of the reasons why  we bought the property many years ago. I did piles of washing and it dried almost instantly.
