Weston's Grand Pier in July

Glorious July weather with wall to wall blue sky.  However the pier is deserted.  In Llandudno last week the pier was buzzing all day every day.  I should add that for non-residents there is charge to walk on Weston's Pier and to be honest it is not the most enticing of piers.
