Walney Channel

We went down to Rampside and started the walk from the Concle along what was once the railway line.. long since gone. 
Last time we were there was with Fletch , not that long ago  but everything has grown since we were there. They've bracken is taller than me.

Quiet today. It was warm and quite close. 
Trying to catch any possible.breeze we took the slightly overgrown path down to the beach. Most of the sand is now overgrown with sea grass. One thing I was pleased to note... no litter. Last time we were there was a lot, plastics washed in on the tide. 

Blip is looking back towards Barrow  Extra is looking south with Piel and Roa Islands in the distance
