Topsy Turvy

A quiet day trying to avoid the rising heat. 

The garden butterflies didn't seem to mind, especially around the thyme which was giving off a heady scent, along with the nearby lavenders. 

Like acrobats, they worked their way across the flowers, using all the angles to get at that enticing nectar.  Have you tried eating upside down?
