Lady in Purple

This ghastly coloured bit of hoarding is around our expensive and controversial parliament building. They are installing new security measures, maybe they are expecting rampaging hordes after the referendum. Anyway at a cost of 6.3 million they must be fairly substantial. An improvement on the couple of dobermans with elastic bands stretched around their gonads. Anyway the point of my blip was the lady camouflaged against the hoarding in her hoarding coordinated outfit. Maybe she was part of the new security system.
