My first try was accidental

… but I do like this one.  Having something with straight lines always inspires me to try something different and I have made some multiple exposures of this grid in the past. I think it’s there to stop branches and vegetation getting blocked under the bridge, which has resulted in flooding here in the past.  No chance of that this year. Leaving photography aside, though it’s the changes in the natural environment which I’m enjoying as the hedgerows have changed through the seasons and day by day at the moment.  There is clearly enough moisture in the soil to keep the hedgerow looking luxuriant at the moment.  Lots of butterflies around at the moment.  I saw Green Veined whites when I went to the Post Office and I think there were probably a dozen large whites flying in my garden.  I think they are after nectar and fortunately I’m not growing anything in the brassica family or Nasturtium’s.

P.s I managed to assemble the second book cover this morning.  More successful than the last one but I still failed to get one corner wrong.  At least this one got a patch.
