Fuming!

Neighbour has blocked our exit yet again despite there being lots of room to park nearby where she would not be causing an obstruction. She and her visitors do this frequently and it's damn well annoying. It's so irritating to have to go knocking on her door when you want to drive to an appointment - well, to be honest it's very irritating whatever reason we want to get our car(s) out for.
I think it's ignorant and selfish. Why does she think this is OK?
I've had a busy day. Mowed both lawns, used the electric rake to dethatch the front lawn which looks largely dead now but will recover! After this I mowed the grass verges outside our home as they were a right mess with long grass and many weeds especially dandelions. The council workers rarely come to do them and when they do they make a pig's ear of it. Did a little weeding in our gardens and a bit of cutting back. Watered the whole garden (using the hose pipe as the plants were in dire need of some water) and the pots too, although Terry did the last stretch for me as I was dripping in sweat. It's been hot. We cleaned a bird bath out each and filled them up. I put the hose on the window sills and lower part of our porch door to get rid of bits of leaves etc. and spider webs. Swept up some bits around the paths in our garden. The day seemed to fly.
