High and dry

Got only 1 hours sleep last night, I hate insomnia. 
Was just getting up when a visitor arrived!
Took dog and pal for a walk but was pushed for time getting back as I had to take himself to the pin cushion lady.
Then had to fill in 2 tv related forms neither which were simple.
And breathe.
