Misty evening

It's been a beautiful warm day and this evening is slightly misty. I realise that some of the benches around the common are nearly hidden - the bush needs to be trimmed.
It's been a day in contact with our estate agent with another offer being made for the studio cottage but it's a low offer which we have refused, so we'll wait and see what happens. Another lady very keen on the studio is coming for the third time tomorrow to view it.
This morning a charming teacher from daughter Penni's ex school came to see hubby's excess art materials and books and she is very excited to take over just about everything!! What a relief. She is the art teacher at the junior school and also lectures at the university, But, importantly she is also involved in the poorer areas and art projects there.
This afternoon Hubby, Penni and went out for coffee which was a good break from the house.
