One of the birthday presents...

...for my grandson. I had to read it first though, and it is very clever. It did remind me in places of when I was a civil servant and we had management consultants to look at the whole department.  What seemed to happen was that they went round asking us all about what we suggested to improve things, then drafted it into management-speak, reported back.....and earned a lot more money than us!
