Buildings of Brent #4

The new job is pretty intense, not leaving much time for blippertunities. Popped out at lunch for five mins to get some much-needed sunshine and came upon this ace building, which looks like it should be on the seafront at Nice, rather than overlooking the back of Wembley Arena (a monumentally ugly building if ever there was one).
