Survivors

One of two plaques created by Kilsyth Academy pupils in 2004, they are an interpretation of the historic workings of the Colzium Estate in Kilsyth, when it was a working estate, before becoming public parkland. The plaques are propped up on a bench on the cafe patio situated in the walled gardens. What is really interesting is the pupils who created them are now in their mid thirties and the plaques have survived all weathers.
