Anna the wonderful MND community nurse popped in to see us both this morning. Today we started to explore Richard’s wishes for end of life care whilst he still has the capacity to express himself. This is being taken slowly to give him time to think through the options. As a family we want to know what his wishes are so we can support him as much as we can.

After that I needed a walk whilst Richard headed out to dialysis (see extra)
