Ready to roll!

Today was mostly spent taking the car to the garage this morning for an oil change then going back for it this afternoon.
Apart from that fresh sump-full of oil, the brake fluid was renewed and the undercarriage checked over. It seems that all is well with the brakes and stuff but my front tyres are borderline. This is after Kwikfit told me they were good for a few thousand miles yet. I will get them changed later this month, just to be safe.
A gloriously warm and sunny day, despite the breeze so while waiting for the garage to call, we were catching up with garden and domestic stuff.
