... of all he surveys. Alfie on the cat tree throne, where he holds court almost exclusively as Lexi seems to have more or less given up going there although I don't know why.

The middle of the day was taken up with Lexi going to the vet which was unsatisfactory as the vet I saw today gave me advice which almost wholly contradicted what the last vet said. I had thought I'd booked an appointment with one of the vets who had seen Lexi before but that wasn't who I saw today. I need to try harder next time. Overall she isn't very unwell which is the main thing, but the steroids don't seem to have helped much.and today's vet wasn't in favour of increasing the dose. Maybe it's worth trying a bit longer on that dose. That's what's going to happen in any case so we will see!

I went out to the back green with my crochet in the afternoon after Lexi had settled and had a blether with B who left the tennis for a while. I'm glad to say that there has been no growling and hissing between the cats after Lexi's trip to the vet this time.
