Meandering home

On the way back to Blighty now. I like to stop overnight on route and this time chose a charming little town near Rouen. Right on the bank of the Seine. The river flows in massive meanders here and every few minutes a container ship chugs upstream. 

You can see the cranes of Rouen in the distance. And the dinky little car ferry which nips back and forth across the river. And the dinner this evening was delicious.
