Emergency blip

I'm sorry blip friends - I know this is a rubbish picture! No excuse other than a busy day followed by a work meal out and a look round the house to see what might make a reasonably interesting picture. I think I failed. Must try better!

Feeling much better today - meeting went far better than it should have done compared to the prep that I put into it and managed to keep my food in!! Have gone for the kill or cure approach tonight - was invited for dinner with the meeting people and decided it would be good for networking. Which it was. Only downside was it was Indian food. Which I love. So tried to be reasonably sensible - avoided the fried stuff and the too spicy stuff and so far so good.
