Adult Grilled Cheese With Sorrel/Leek Soup

Quickest dinner ever if you don’t count the time spent making the soup this morning. We knew that we’d need an easy meal after an afternoon of medical stuff for Mr S, and it was perfect to come home, change into my jammies, and warm this up. 

For the curious: the sandwich has two kinds of cheese, barbecued onions, and some Italian ham, garnished with bacon jam. I read too many menus.
