Gary is a volunteer miller at the Town Mill Lyme Regis.
The Town Mill was saved from demolition years ago and restored including the water wheel and flour grinding equipment.It's buildings are now Art Galleries , a Brewery,Potters workshop,Sewing Workshop and Haberdashery.Also a cafe. Well worth a visit when in Lyme.
