Rose Chafer Beetle?

Its been a while since I posted for TT...

Another one in extra, wasn't sure which was best.

Also there is the first butterfly apart from a white one I've seen this year :)



Horrible day today.  Received a text from something calling itself Harmony Healthcare....  

They are absolutely rubbish at communicating with NHS patients -  I didn't know what it was about - they sent me an appointment and told me I couldn't drive before or afterwards...

I spent so much time trying to ring their wretched no with - spending my money waiting for an answer - nearly an hour and a half.  Began to think it was a hoax. 

Called my Optician, who knew nothing but reminded me that I had a eye scare in December 2023.  

Called my GP and was told they'd put me through to secretaries - no answer there :(  I rang back later and they told me it was probably a follow up to the 2023 event.

I wouldn't mind, but I was trying to work (luckily from home) waiting for this wretched people to answer their phone.

I've put a complaint in in writing via their website.

They rang me up eventually.  

Changed the appointment to September, by which time I hope I'll know where I am with work I hope (and be able to find someone to take me and bring me back).  I also gave them my email address and said I wanted the appointment via email too,, but they haven't bothered, though she said she would.  

Absolutely Shocking service!  I was really worried it might be a hoax you know.

Sorry, but that's been my day, I really hope tomorrow (in the office) will be better than this.
