These lovely golden sunflowers are at the back of the displays on the village green.

The local volunteers have now erected trellises to grow sweet-peas and other tall plants, meaning that the raised beds are getting bigger and bolder every year.

I received some good news today regarding George’s eldest brother…. he’s been nominated by the maths department as student of the year. Very proud granny :-)
