Shrewsbury 10k

It was an early start this morning to get Kieran in to town for the 10k. It's his third one but probably the one that he had the least amount of enthusiasm for! Since the Manchester marathon, he's done his finals at university and spent time with his housemates celebrating and enjoying the end of their 5 year journey together. Uderstandably, he has not done much running. He came home last week and today was his first run in about 6 weeks! He struggled a bit but persevered and managed to finish. 
Michelle was also running so it was good to be able to support her too. One of her PT colleagues from Love to Stay actually won the race.
