The accidental finding

Pear-fect day

Out with Russell. We went to Frampton on Severn, and walked around the three large lakes, the bad lunch on the green, examined the cruck- framed houses, looked around the church, waited for the swing bridge to close, crossed the canal and walked up to Fretherne, waited for another bridge, and walked back to Frampton village green, where there was an intergenerational cricket match going on. It was all so sunny, and so English.

Back home, we had ice creams in the garden, then Russell left and I rested/did jigsaws/listened to podcasts for the rest of the day. It’s been a busy weekend, and a good one.
