Awash……

There are large stepping stones across the upper Taylor River almost under the bridge to Meadowbank Station. The river waters are receding after the recent flood flow. One large stepping stone is now uncovered. It will be some time before anyone can cross on the others. This view is looking down from the bridge.
Family members, Hannah and Alex arrived from Marahau late afternoon. They will be going to the UK leaving New Zealand tomorrow. Kevin, their cat will be staying here while they are away. He has stayed here many times in the past and has already settled in on his favorite chair. He has got Ruby sorted!
