Having entered another Olympic distance tri in September, I need to crack on with the training! Had to pop to Trow Vegas this afternoon and decided to go prepared and managed a slow and steady 6 miles, spotted a crane or heron, not sure what the visual difference is and a mummy and daddy swan with baby swan in tow.
