Another garden

Third Tuesday, so it is the day we meet our friends for lunch. This time we had George with us. We gathered first in their garden, normally beautifully set off by a lush green lawn, but now it is very parched in this wonderful summer. We had a good pub lunch with, as usual, a lot of chat, enlivened by having a twelve year old with us.
Now we are getting ready for the WI Mah-jong ladies and George is hoping he will repeat his success of the last time he played with them when he almost bankrupted them all!
