Birthday celebrations - mother and daughter

It was L’s birthday yesterday and T’s tomorrow. We had a lovely bbq lunch at L’s house in celebration of both their birthdays! L’s MiL had made this lovely celebratory meringue! Later we watched the start of British GP from Silverstone. My grandson helpfully informed me that it was also, as a one off, on terrestrial TV. I don’t subscribe to sports channels and rely on the dwindling live radio coverage on the BBC. Eg TMS from Edgbaston.
