Slow start after a long show day

We had a slow start to the day. This was our morning. I was watching Netflix and the boys were sleeping. 

I took the boys for a walk at noon and then I met with Sandie in the training hall. Sandie is struggling with her Freestyle routine and I had offered to help, so the boys had some light play-training just to feel included.
