Doggie and Hero

My friend Helle's Doggie and my Hero has been to the chiropractor today - just for a check-up to make sure all was well after their last treatment and luckily everything looked good. Here they are waiting to come in and see her. They love their chiropractor as she always gives them lots of treats.

It has been a funny day at work - not a bad day, just not the kind of day I had expected.

The boys and I went for a walk in the woods between work and Hero's chiropractor and now I need to spend some time with my school books.
