Rock of Gibraltar

Our visit to Gibraltar was just not long enough!

We took the Cable Car to the Top of the Rock and spent some time watching the antics of the monkeys before going into St. Michael's Cave of stalactites and stalagmites, then down into the siege tunnels. Unfortunately the clouds persisted ("the Levanter") so we didn't get much of a view from the top.

It was a hot and humid day and after so much walking our clothes were soaked and sticking to us and the beer at the bottom was very very welcome.

The only disappointment was that there was so much more to see and not enough time to do it.
