Toasting Marshmallows

Finally got to try 's'mores whilst on holiday. That is a toasted marshmallow sandwiched with a piece of Hershey's chocolate between 2 graham crackers (nearest equivalent is a digestive biscuit). The key to perfection is toasting your marshmallow right: no black bits, no bursting into flames, not as easy as it looks! But these two look just about right!
