Ear infection

Sam has been complaining that his ear has been hurting for a few days, and instead of getting better it seemed to be getting worse.

Despite the fact we are coming home tomorrow he was so miserable this morning that we decided to tackle to vagaries of the Turkish medical system (no NHS here), and went to see a pharmacist in Dalyan that spoke English.

We shouldn't have worried, ear infection diagnosed and we were able to buy antibiotics, ear drops and ear plugs (for the plane tomorrow) for around £8. With the prospect of recovery Sam has cheered up considerably :-)
