No particular reason to blip a banana today - just couldn't really think of anything else!

Have been rushing about viewing flats today. Rushed into action as C and I have been lucky - someone is prepared to take our flat early, so we can be out on the 22 Aug. So - no time to waste finding somewhere new. Have seen some really lovely properties with 1 bed, and a few over-priced 'studio apartments' (bedsits!). Have been busy weighing up all the varying pros and cons.

Essentially, do I want to pay a premium price for a really lovely modern place, or put up with not very nice but cheap and convenient? Hmmm...
