Yorkshire heather.

Back to normal today with a lovely walk with Wendles56 and Corinthian column.

We headed up to the moors to cross over and see the views of the Aire valley from Long Lee but here you can see the heather colouring up beautifully on Harden Moor. These sheep were hidden till we crested the hill and disturbed them. They look a little put out.

You can see some of the valley view and more heather on Wendles56's blip today. The heather on these moors was the theme for Grace's wedding so it was nice to see it blooming and not just in our buttonholes and corsage.

I now need to start thinking about packing for our 'chill out' trip to Scotland on Thursday where we will again be '-- among the blooming heather'!
