Breathe

We spend a lot of time in the complex pool this time of year to escape the high humidity. My wife swims laps every other day, normally early in the day. This morning she was in the pool as the sun crested the buildings, which created a wonderful backlight on the water. Having learned from an online class a new technique for keeping action in focus, I was anxious to try it out. I got a much higher percentage of shots that were in sharp focus compared to last time and was generally happier with the results. This afternoon they closed the pool for chemical treatment, so any other practice sessions will have to wait a few days.
