Painfully Silly (sils457)

Tilley have agreed my hat falls within the lifetime guaratee terms and have asked that I confirm destruction by cutting the crown off, writing the date on the remains (indelible pen)  and sending them a photo .... it was a painful experience! 

Quite silly too - although - I suppose it does preclude anyone else using the same hat to make a claim?
