4th
We spent the afternoon shelling the garlic of last year, going into the freezer now, ahead of this year’s garlic harvested a couple of days ago. It’s always a rewarding time. We talk about the harvest of our past, or our moms or grandmothers harvest then, or we work in silence. It’s all good.
It is the 4th of July. I would say happy 4th of July as readily as saying happy 4th of August, or happy 4th of September. I can’t say Happy Independence Day, as we are now living in a fascist country under a dictatorship. It’s here.
Happy Resistence Day.
