Le P'tit Mons

It's funny. Normally when we go somewhere new, we go out on the first evening looking for bars and restaurants. And then most evenings after that.

This holiday has been different: we've happily spent the first couple of days in the house, apart from a bit of shopping, including at the wonderful bakery just a short walk down the road. 

Tonight, though, we took a short drive out to a little restaurant called Le P'tit Mons. Unprepossessing from the front, where it faces onto a square, it was nicely done inside, with a lovely garden out the back, where we sat and ate, having enjoyed a drink on the square beforehand. 

The food was good and the staff were friendly, and we've booked in for next week.
