Marigold……

……is a “Calico Cat”. She has a very fluffy coat of three distinctive colours. Lots of white. Big patches of smoke. That looks like black but is silver underneath. And cream/red. I understand Calico Cats are considered to be lucky. Marigold sleeps on my bed. She is a big girl and is very heavy. During these wet winter days she dozes outdoors on a choice of comfortable chairs under the eaves away from the weather. She and Ruby, the Border Collie puppy are good friends. Marigold sorted out the pecking order when Ruby was very young. Cats rule!
