Spey bay

Brian and I had a child free few hours so took ourselves on a 10 mile walk along the river Spey. Beautiful scenery and gorgeous walk - even the detour we took which had us contemplating whether to wade through the Spey . We saw sense and walked back to the track.

The day was finished off with a massage for me and another lovely home cooked meal. Bliss.
