And she’s home!

From her holiday in Cyprus with her best friend and family.
Lucy was so excited that Amelia was back and wouldn’t leave her alone. She couldn’t stop talking to her, telling her what’s been happening while she was away and asking her lots of questions. Sisterly love.
Also while Amelia was away Lucy was allowed to sleep in Amelia’s room which is bigger than her own and she could keep the guinea pigs company.
I’m just glad that Amelia is home safe and sound as are mum and dad.

Today I have mostly been drawing in the extension with the doors wide open. It was lovely and sunny.

For tea we had some baby potatoes from the garden and the first B-road beans - yummy - followed by Swedish Glacé ice cream and strawberries and raspberries from the garden.

We were up quite early again due to our early morning call - the blackbird!
Frank had a dental appointment in Earby - about half an hour journey.
When he got there they told him they couldn’t do it today as the dental nurse was off sick and the agency nurse didn’t turn up! So a wasted journey.
They said they couldn’t phone him as they didn’t have his number.
Not true as when we were there last month we had to update our details and he wrote down his number in the appropriate place.

Book and bedtime now.
